1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between ND-Live-Radio, ND-Live-Radio-Plus their customers and members. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer only apply if UJ-Media-Network expressly agrees to them in writing. The same applies to the web store, where membership can be purchased with us.

2. Description of services
ND-Live-Radio and ND-Live-Radio-Plus offer services in the field of radio media service / marketing promotions, project planning, and project financing assistance. The services include, in particular:
Preparation of market analyses, marketing, and events. Broadcasting in audio format.
- Broadcasting (paid or free with membership)
- Suggestions for marketing concepts (fee-based or free with membership)
- Organization of contacting recording studios for commercials (paid or free with membership)
- Personal consultation (if required) free of charge.

3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by written or electronic confirmation of the booking. The customer confirms that all information is complete and truthful.

4. Obligations of the customer

6. Remuneration & Terms of Payment
The prices result from the current offer or contract. Payments are due before the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects, an agreed budget advance payment is due. The surplus will be refunded at the end of the order. Refunds are excluded once the service has begun, except as required or agreed by law.

7. Term & Termination
The contract period results from the booked package. Early termination by the customer is possible, but does not automatically result in a refund. UJ-Media-Network may terminate the contract if the customer or the member violates these T&Cs.

8. Data protection
UJ-Media-Network processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling a contract. Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except with the express consent of the customer or if required by law. The customer or member has the right to information, correction, or deletion of his data at any time.

9. Liability
UJ-Media-Network is only liable for damages that are due to gross negligence or intent. There is no liability for:
- Conduct of employees or partner companies: They are responsible for their own actions.
- The success of events cannot be guaranteed.
- We pay in full for damages caused by us due to carelessness. External companies are responsible for their own damages.

10. Rules of conduct for customers
  The customer undertakes to:
- Respectful interaction with all parties involved.
- no form of discrimination or inappropriate communication.
- Compliance with the agreed procedures.

- Proper handling of equipment.

11. Right of withdrawal
A right of revocation only exists as long as the service has not yet begun. Once we have actively started the service, which our partners include, the revocation is no longer possible.
